33.6mm seapost collar?

Anyone know if any company offers a 33.6mm seatpost clamp beside Pegoretti? It's for one of their Responsorium frames. The Pegoretti collar has what seems to be unusual threading on both sides of the clamp and it's easy to over tighten them.
