That is far from "good" condition. That DS chainstay might even have to be replaced and it needs repaint badly.
That said, RS frames cross or road doesn't matter are pretty slim pickens in that small of a size. So I'm guessing he'll easily get some money out of it. Already at $1325 with three days to go.
